Your call centre or outlet staff will receive orders through our  web-based application for our Partners, usable on any computer or tablet. We’ll provide training to your staff. When a customer places an order, your staff gets an alert on the dashboard and clicks to accept the order. Remember to punch the order into your POS so that KOT is generated and prep starts right away. We’ll then dispatch a Captain to your outlet to collect the order and deliver it to the Customer.


Ideally, to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience we recommend that an order is accepted within 2 minutes (so as not to delay the overall order delivery time)
