As soon as the customer places an order, we recommend that the order be accepted within 2 mins. Once the order is accepted, it should be entered into your POS immediately so that the Order Ticket (OT) is generated and preparation is initiated. Please ensure that the order is ready for dispatch before the captain arrives at your outlet.
From a safety perspective, please remember to package the order securely in order to avoid spillage or leakage during transportation.
